• Website Designing Services: If you decide to cancel our website designing services before the project starts, please notify us in writing at least 3 days before the agreed start date. In such cases, any deposit or upfront payment will be fully refunded. However, if the project has already commenced, the cancellation may be subject to additional terms and charges.

• Digital Marketing Services: For ongoing digital marketing services, we require a written notice of cancellation at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this period may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
  
  

Refund eligibility and procedures vary depending on the type of service:

• Website Designing Services: If you cancel our website designing services before the project has started and have made any payments in advance, we will refund the amount in full within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, if the project has already commenced, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed and expenses incurred.

• Digital Marketing Services: Refunds for digital marketing services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will review the circumstances and the work performed to determine if a refund is applicable. Please note that fees for any completed work or services rendered up to the cancellation date may not be refundable.
